EMPLOYMENT EQUITY

Hulamin has been actively involved in Employment Equity and Affirmative Action on a formal basis since 1987.

Employment equity overlaps with our fundamental employee values and beliefs, which include:

  • Establish and develop employees that are superior to that of our best international competitors.
  • Recognise that special interventions are required to rectify situations resulting from Blacks having been historically disadvantaged in South Africa.
